BRIGHT Run Raffle Supporting Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation

Rules of Play Electronic Raffle:

1. The raffle will take place from June 15, 2023 to September 10, 2023 in the province of Ontario

2. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older

3. Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20

4. Total prize value is $5,969.60

5. There are 5000 tickets available

6. There is no early-bird draw

7. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by BUMP CBN

8. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers a receipt with their registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly

9. All tickets purchased by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 10, 2023 will be eligible to win one of the three raffle prizes

10. Draw will take place at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2023

11. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draw

12. The winning numbers will be posted on both the brightrun.ca website and the BRIGHT Run Facebook page

13. The winner may claim their prize by contacting Nancy McMillan of BRIGHT Run c/o Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation at (905) 522-3863 or nancy@brightrun.ca. The ticket may then be brought to collect your prize, at the agreed upon time and location for ticket verification. The winner will then be provided with their prize. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies

14. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for

15. The winner must provide their name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet

16. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation to be used for the BRIGHT Run Event Fundraising, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)

17. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle: Foundation staff; residents outside of Ontario; anyone under the age of 18.
